What is RYZE?
RYZE, is a multi-disciplinary sports club, located in Hyde Park – New Cairo. 

Why is it named RYZE Sports Club?
The name RYZE was chosen as a perfect reflection of the brand’s unique spirit, attitude and character, which we plan to follow in our daily decision making and in the implementation of our programs. The idea here stands for helping our members rise to their greatest self in every aspect of their life. We represent the next up in everything we offer to our members.

Date of Delivery?
Operational launch of Phase (1) of the Club is set to be end of Q3, 2024.

Who are the Clubs’ Owners/Operators?
RYZE Sports Club is owned by Hyde Park For Sports Facilities Management and is managed and operated by Blue Ribbon; a Management Holding Company, specialized in the establishment, management and operations of community based businesses, with a dedication to sports management.

How is the Club registered with the Ministry of Youth & Sports?
The Club will be applying for an operational licence from the Ministry of Youth and Sports upon construction completion. All sports facilities are built to adhere to international standards.



How much is the membership for? 
The RYZE membership is currently EGP 225,000. 


What is the payment plan? 
Payment plan includes a 15% down payment of the membership price at the time of purchase and the remaining amount over 2.5 years through quarterly installments, with the first installment due three months from the down payment.


What does the membership fee cover?
The membership fees cover a family subscription, which includes the main applicant, existing or future spouse and unmarried children below the age of 25.


When are membership separation fees due?

A membership separation fee of 5%  of the membership price at the time of separation, will be due at the age of 25. 
Separated members may add their existing or future spouse and children (below the age of 25) at a family addition fee of 25% of the membership price at that time.


What is the minimum age to apply for a membership?
The minimum age to apply for a membership at RYZE Sports Club is 21 years.


Who can apply for a RYZE membership? 
RYZE memberships are currently open to Hyde Park- New Cairo, Mountain View – Hyde Park and The Square – Al Ahly Sabbour unit owners. Unit must be under the ownership of the central member. 


Can I add my Parents to my membership?
Parents of the central member can be added for a membership fee of 10% of the membership price at the time of purchase, for each parent added.


Can I add my In-laws to my membership?

In-laws cannot be added to a membership. 


Can I transfer or sell my membership?
RYZE memberships are non-transferable and cannot be resold.


What is the cancelation policy if I wish to return my membership? 
A penalty fee of 10% of the amount paid will be applied in case of cancellation. Refunds are only applicable until club opening. After which there will be no refund. 

What is the club’s size?

RYZE Sports Club is a 35 acres project currently under construction in Hyde Park, New Cairo.


What are the facilities included in Phase (1)?

Phase (1) will be launched over a plot of land of more than 20 acres and will include the following facilities:

Sports Facilities

  1. 5-a-side Soccer Fields.

  2. Tennis Courts.

  3. Padel Tennis Courts.

  4. Squash Courts.

  5. Basketball Courts.

  6. Pool Complex that includes: Family Pool, Training Pool and a Learn-to-swim Pool, with Outdoor Dining and Mini-Spa.

  7. Fitness Complex; to include a Gym, Studios and Outdoor Fitness Areas.

  8. Jogging & Cycling Tracks.

  9. Outdoor Fitness Stations.

  10. Sports Performance Centre; multi-disciplinary sports preparation and performance environment for

  11. athletes.

Other Facilities

  1. Clubhouse; to include Indoor Dining, Sports Lounge, Billiards, Bridge, etc.

  2. Kids Playground; to include Outdoor Play Area, Street Sports and Indoor Kids Care.

  3. F&B, Retail Plaza and Outlets.


Do you have sports academies?

With the club’s operational launch date in mind, along with the constantly developing environment in the sports market, we plan to kick off discussion with the top academies around 9 months prior to opening, to ensure that all decisions follow the latest trends and developments in the industry. Our selection will always be guided by our mission to build holistic athletes.

Will Alcohol be allowed or served in the Club?
Alcohol will not be allowed or served in the Club.

Will smoking be allowed inside the Club?

Our objective is to limit smoking in the Club as much as possible, since it is a sports facility that serves families and children. Smoking will only be allowed in strictly limited outdoor areas.
