1.1 What these terms cover?

These are the terms and conditions on which we offer you the option to use our website and in-website services relevant to your membership in RYZE Sports Club located in Hyde Park, New Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt (hereinafter referred to as “RYZE”).

 1.2 Why you should read them?

Please read these terms carefully before you submit your request to become a member at RYZE. These terms tell you who we are, how you will be able to apply for RYZE membership and other important information.

 We (Hyde Park for Sports Facilities Management) are a company registered under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, with a commercial registration number of

2.3 How we may contact you?

 If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address you provided to us in the become a member form you fill out when applying for the membership. 

2.4 "Writing" includes emails

When we use the words "writing" or "written" in these terms, this includes emails.

3. How to apply for a membership 

3.1 Subscribing for our club membership

The private sports club that you wish to purchase a membership at is located at Hyde Park, New Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt, and is under construction. The opening of the club is expected to take place in 2024.

3.2 How we will accept your membership request

To be eligible for a RYZE membership, you will need to be a unit owner at either Hyde Park - New Cairo, Mountain View - Hyde Park or The Square – Al Ahly Sabbour. If you are a unit owner, you start your membership process by filling in the membership form through the ‘become a member’ button and paying the down payment through bank transfer. 

3.3 Your order number

We will assign you with an order number and tell you what it is once you pay your down payment and begin the membership process. It will help us if you can tell us the order confirmation number whenever you contact us about your order. 

4. Our rights to postpone opening and change membership price 

4.1 Opening timeline

We may extend the timeline and deadline for the opening and operation of the club subject to obtaining all required and necessary approvals in the Arab Republic of Egypt. 

4.2 Force Majeure

If there is any delay by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take necessary steps to minimize the effect of the delay.

4.3 Membership pricing

We may change the pricing of the membership over time. However, if your application has been approved and the down payment confirmed, no change to the price at which you applied will take place.

5. How we may use your personal information

5.1 How we may use your personal information

We will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy attached hereunder.

6. Other important terms 

6.1 You cannot transfer your rights to someone else. You may not transfer your rights or your obligations under these terms to another person. 

6.2 Nobody else has any rights under this. These terms and conditions apply to your request for a RYZE membership. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of these terms.

6.3 If a court finds part of these terms illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect. 

6.4 These terms are governed by laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of these terms in the courts of Cairo.

6.5 The Website Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted. 

6.6 ryzeclubs.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of Egypt.
